The IOC did Chicago a favor. Hopefully, Obama knew it and requested the favor. Olympic venues are only good for real estate developers, hotels, and similar 19th/20th century moneyed interests. The municipalities are net losers and the poor are huge net losers in the process. I really hope they pick Rio. I like Madrid too much.100%
